If you have a sky box and don't pay for sky programs, this HD unit will use the same dish for the BBC and ITV programs, so the cost will be even cheaper

3 th May 2009 At last stocks are now in for the Foxsat HRD. A few fitted this week and no problems with the units, looks like this model from Humax is a winner !!! .

9 th March 2009 T.V. license to be £142.50 for a colour set as from the 1st April 2009... Sky customers look again !!!!!!

26 th Febuary 2009 Due to the rush on the HDR Humax they are still in short supply, If you have managed to purchase a box still give me a ring so I can supply you the dish and quade lnb.

23 th January As to Mr Taylor's email from Frome , Yes you do need a twin lnb for the Freesat HRD, this is to give the two tuners in the box separate feeds from the dish. ( so you can tape one programme and watch another ).

17 th December Due to the demand for the Humax Foxsat-HDR  the next supply units will out in the new year, as I have been informed.

28th November HD+ out soon, with a 320 GB hard drive (80 hours of HD programming, or up to 200 hours of standard def ) and record two channels at the same time.

21st November I have noticed after installing a few of these boxes this week, ( 1 or 2 of the boxes) ,,     after some hours the boxes shuts down,, ?         ( Grundig ).  If your box shuts down, check all connections and just do a rescan and enter your post code etc,  you will find thing all ok.

6th  November Hot off the press on the 18th Nov Channel 5  will be joining the line up on Freesat completing the line up, and the BBC will be covering the F1 Grand prix in 2009. GOOD, for us petrol heads.
